Roadhouse kitchen supervisor needed with some experience
We need a person that is flexible, who can work an opening shift or a closing shift. Duties consist of the basic food business managerial responsibilities - opening shop, checking health and safety, role call of employees, price comparisons of suppliers products then ordering them, checking preparation is clean and fast, take responsibility for your lunch or supper times with quality, speed, consistency of products, cash employees up(handling petty cash), keeping customers satisfied, not being scared to be the frontline of the business and lead the employees by example.
